Abacus Kindergarden School program has been developed to serve as a foundation between early childhood education and the first year of school, kindergarden. By using an innovative and inspiring approach to early childhood education. We can provide our children with the skills and exposure they need to excel in their new school.

Childcares Online Tool

Abacus Kindergarten use an online tool called ‘Childcarers’. Childcarers offer a range of online things whilst completely secure:

• Learning Journeys / Port folios - An online portfolio filled with children’s artworks, observations and photos which are sent to our parents.

• EYLF - Early Years Learning Framework is the framework we use for our curriculum and programming.
• Programming - Educators create and share the programs with our parents.
• Daily children’s updates - Daily, weekly updates for each child or by a group is sent via an email.
• Parent central - Once app is downloaded you have access to news, policies, forms and daily updates.
• Smartphone app - Once your child start’s at Abacus, we enter their details into Childcarers and a welcome email is sent out to that parents, which will be advised to download the app Apple App Store and Google Play and start to receive updated educators email an update of your child’s day. As a parent it is important to know how their day is going. Plus, you can reply back to your Educators email.
• News - Parents can access centre news.
• Policies - As a parent you can access online polices.
